Natasha Zeller, AMFT
(pronouns: she/her)
My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and collaboration. I value active and patient listening that allows for reflective thought processing throughout each session.
My specialty is finding and distilling themes and throughlines that allow for context and understanding of experiences. I respect and honor your journey and recognize innate resiliency that led to where you are today. Together, we can explore creative adjustments to process and unpack trauma as well as everyday life transitions, struggles, and expectations.
My therapeutic style is affirming of:
Generational trauma
Complexity of modern life
Intersectionality
Sex positivity
Intimate relationship networks
QTBIPOC
Systems of oppression
Social justice
I was born and raised in Los Angeles and feel deeply connected to supporting the community in which I call home. My hobbies include hiking, reading, learning to cook, and watching sports. I feel passionate about maintaining and continuing to strengthen relationships with my community of friends and family and feel extremely lucky to have found The Relational Center as my therapeutic family.
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation via Zoom or phone so that I can answer any questions or curiosities that you might have. I currently offer support virtually or in-person by request. I look forward to hearing from you and to determining if it might be a good fit!
