  • Caitlin Rose, LMFT

    Caitlin brings a wealth of experience in homelessness services and systems, spanning from California to Connecticut.

    Prior to becoming the Chief Executive Officer at FSC, she was a leader at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, focusing on the development and performance of the crisis housing portfolio in Los Angeles City and County. Her direct service and homeless system leadership experience has spanned street outreach, drop-in centers, shelter diversion, shelter operations, rapid rehousing, and supportive housing development, with a strong focus on continuous quality improvement.

    Her work in homelessness systems and services has been centered around her clinical acumen as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, honed and developed over her years of training at The Relational Center. She has become a key contributor on local, statewide, and national panels and conferences around housing and homelessness interventions.

    She currently chairs the CT CAN End Homelessness' Organizing Council as well as represents the Central CT region at the CT Balance of State monthly meetings.

  • Kaitlin Kindman (Dull), LCSW

    Kaitlin trained at The Relational Center and comes to the TRC board with over a decade of experience as a clinical social worker, spending many years working in community mental health settings. Kaitlin also brings years of experience in marketing, content development, and small business ownership/leadership. While at TRC, Kaitlin occupied many roles including Counselor-in-Residence, Clinical Supervisor for social work students, leading development & fundraising efforts, as well as coordinating leadership and professional development programming for fellow therapists and TRC alumni.

    Significantly informed by the values and training she received at TRC, Kaitlin co-founded Kindman & Company in 2018. Kindman & Co. is a therapy group practice in Highland Park, Los Angeles that provides social justice informed therapy from a relational approach and also aims to empower and enrich new therapists. Currently, Kaitlin acts as the Practice Director and CEO of Kindman & Co. 

    Kaitlin is passionate about helping humans to build more authenticity, connection, and empathy for one another and in this vein, she continues to work with individual and relationship therapy clients. She has always been dedicated to confronting the isolation and burnout that are too common in counseling professions and currently provides private practice consulting for therapists looking to create practices and policies that better support their sustainability and challenge traditional standards of professionalism. Kaitlin received her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and MSW from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Kaitlin is a Level Two PACT couple therapist as well as a Level Two Sensorimotor Therapist.
