Art Practices for Dream Exploration

In this 6-week, closed, in-person workshop, we’ll learn to integrate the expressive arts with dream analysis practices in a small group. Participants will process their dreams’ messages with the collective power of a group, but also leave with techniques that can be incorporated into individual practices. This group is for ages 18+.

Arts supplies will be provided.
Participants only need to bring their dreams.
