I believe therapy is soul work, a space where we choose to meet and be with our shared and unique complexities that deserve to be seen and held with compassion and care. I believe that healing happens in relationships and therapy is a space where we get to explore and learn more about ourselves and how we navigate relationships to build confidence and congruence in how we move through life. As part of my social activism in my work, I bring curiosity about your life and experiences centering you as the expert of you while bringing myself and my learnings to explore the intersection and impact of social, environmental, and events both current and historical that impact and shape us. As a multiracial, queer, neurodivergent therapist I understand the importance of exploring the points where different aspects of our identity create unique nuances and how our culture and social constructs impact us. I am passionate about working to heal transgenerational wounds, bringing us back into connection with our ancestral gifts.
I have Relational Gestalt, Jungian depth, and somatic training, and continue to expand and deepen my learning. I have experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals as well as experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and identity development through life stages and life-changing events. If you’re interested in working together, please reach out and we can chat to see if we’re a good fit
