The Relational Center currently offers the following services:
Counseling
The Relational Center provides the following services to the community:
1. Crisis Intervention
2. Resource Coordination
3. Individual Counseling
4. Couples or Family Counseling
5. Psychiatric Evaluations & Treatment
6. Substance Misuse Counseling
7. Support Groups
All counseling services are designed and delivered in a way that is culturally sensitive and respectful of differences. (View The Relational Center's commitment to a high standard of care.)
Those applying to receive services at The Relational Center will be scheduled for an initial consultation with one of our counselors to explore your needs and clarify the ways The Relational Center may be of assistance to you and your family. A very brief financial screen will be required to determine your ability to pay for services. All support at The Relational Center is provided at low-cost based on an income-sensitive fee schedule and free-of-charge to clients who cannot afford to pay.

lting to Organizations
The Relational Center has developed an intensive
technical assistance program
to non-profit organizations whose mission it is to reach underserved mental health consumers. This program provides technical support in the development and maintenance of five key areas of organizational capacity and sustainability. These include:
1. Strategic Planning
2. Participatory Decision-Making
3. Harm Reduction Program Planning and Evaluation
4. Quality Management and Quality Improvement Strategies
5. Building Cultural Competency
In addition to the above initiative, The Relational Center offers
leadership development
support to non-profit and for-profit organizations that support The Relational Center's mission and are interested in building the skills and capabilities of their leaders in the following five areas:
1. Team Building
2. Board Development
3. Identifying Organizational Operating Principles
4. Managing Change Effectively
5. Coping with Complexity
The Relational Center also provides
coaching
to executives, managers, and service providers as needed to address challenges that may arise with regard to any of the above-mentioned developmental processes as well as any other problems or needs pertaining to their organizational work.
